During this training, we will take a closer look at the food contact material (FCM) regulations in force in the following countries and regions: the EU, Switzerland, North America (US and Canada), Mercosur countries, China, Japan, South Korea and India, including key regulatory aspects with case studies.
About event
The latest requirements for recycled plastics in food contact applications in the respective key markets will also be addressed. An insight training into the risk assessment process for FCM substances migrating from FCM and FCA will be provided, as well as a training module on the preparation of a Declaration of Compliance (DoC) or an Expert Opinion Letter on FCM and FCA: compliance versus safe use.
